| Jack Dove Jack trusted Christ as his personal Savior as a young teenager. Married to Marilyn since 1981, they have three children, Cody, Evan and Tyler. One of the original members of GBC, Jack has served in the capacity as Elder and Trustee since 1990. Jack's day job is as a financial planner with Sagemark Consulting. | |
| Charles Piper Raised in a Christian family in Ohio and later in North Carolina, Charles put his faith in Jesus Christ shortly before the age of 10. After studying architecture at Clemson and the University of Maryland, College Park, Charles settled in Richmond in 1990 with his new bride, Julia. They began attending Grace Bible Church in the fall of 1991, and Charles began serving as an elder in 1998. Charles is also a principal in the Richmond architectural firm of BCWH. Charles and Julia have three daughters, Sarah, Elise and Sofie. The Piper's prayer for the believers at Grace Bible Church is that each one would "walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, to please Him in all respects, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God." | Rich Ryan Rich trusted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior in December of 1989 while studying Architecture at Virginia Tech. While there, Rich met, fell in love with and married his wife Kristen. In 1993 they became members of Grace Bible. Rich began to teach regularly at Grace Bible in 1995. Through the sovereign work of God and with the encouragement of the elders, Rich left Richmond in 2000 to attend The Master's Seminary in Los Angeles, Ca.. Rich and his family returned to Grace Bible as a pastor in September of 2004. Rich and Kristen are parents to three wonderful sons, Jacob, Nathan and Benjamin. | |
| Bill Street On Sunday evening, April 5, 1959 at the Berean Baptist Church in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Bill committed his life to his Lord Jesus Christ. Bill grew up in Oklahoma and was schooled in the sciences at Northeastern State College in Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Later, Oklahoma State University granted him a Master of Chemical Engineering Degree. Bill married Mary Ann Nelson of Potter, Nebraska in 1979, and God has given them three children, Burke, Sophie and Warren. Bill works for Integrity Consulting, a Health, Safety and Environmental Compliance consulting firm. Shortly after moving to Richmond, Bill and Mary Ann joined the newly founded Grace Bible Church in the Spring of 1990. In September 1990, Bill began serving as an elder of Grace Bible Church. | |
| Rick Zaman As a junior in high school, Rick trusted in Christ and repented from his sin. Later, he went to The Master’s College and Seminary in Los Angeles. While in college, Rick met Erin, his earthly love, and they were married in 2003. They have been blessed with one adorable son, Andrew. Prior to coming to Grace Bible, Rick has served various age groups from children to college students by leading music, teaching, counseling, and discipleship. Upon graduating Seminary in December 2005, Rick has recently come on staff in June of 2006 to aid in shepherding, particularly the student age groups. | |
